Khoobz for life

I am really obssessed with the bread here. There was a time in my life when I only used bread as a vehicle for olive oil, or the sop up an egg done sunny-side-up. Now it’s quite the opposite; looking for things to put inside the bread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and sometimes just eating it by ripping chunks and stuffing it into my mouth. Yup, a loaf of Moroccan Khoobz for every meal. So I guess my ex beer belly has now been replaced by a bread belly. Just gearing up for American Thanksgiving, I say!
